We hope you love your self-portrait purchase; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all security tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the self-portrait security tag remains attached.
Attach the Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any previous tracking stickers.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
